DNC read an article from TNT chat posted by Elmer stating The African Development Bank has agreed to write-off Zimbabwe's $601 million arrears to the bank which will help the southern African country reduce its loans with foreign lenders.

 

Tapsoba Sibry, an executive director with the AfDB who is leading a team to discuss Zimbabwe's proposals to clear $1.2 billion in arrears to the International Monetary Fund, World Bank and AfDB said the bank would clear Zimbabwe's arrears.

"Zimbabwe owes foreign creditors $9 billion and has been struggling for five years to recover from a catastrophic recession, widespread food shortages and hyperinflation.

The IMF said last week it will be at least three years before Zimbabwe can get loans from international lenders, and the country needs to strengthen its economic reforms to make sure it can repay its debt.

Fatih Forward explained that Uber is now offering to help you purchase a vehicle for those that does not meet the vehicle requirements with a Toyota dealership, regardless of your credit history! Your payments will be deducted 1 per week (instead of monthly payment)

 

Requirement of personal vehicle:

4-door sedan, must seat 4 or more passengers excluding the driver

Year 2000 or newer*

Uber car year requirements vary by city. It is currently year 2000 or newer in many cities.

In some other cities it must be 2005 or newer

In-state car insurance

Current car registration

No marked, taxi, or salvaged vehicles

Pass the Uber vehicle inspection

 

What is Uber Black Car (UberBLACK)? Higher pay/fares

UberBLACK is a professional chauffeur service. The requirements for Uber Black Car are more strict than for UberX. Only specific cars are accepted. In addition, all Uber Black Car services require the driver to carry commercial car insurance, a TCP,

and an airport permit.

Your vehicle also must meet these criteria:

 

*Sedan, crossover SUV, or full-size SUV

* Great condition

*Black exterior

*Black interior

*Comfortably seat 4+ passengers

*Four doors

*2012 or newer

*Pass the Uber vehicle inspection

 

Butterfly57 asked how safe are you as a driver, especially female drivers?

There is no random pick-ups, so you feel at ease

Before riding with Uber, riders are required to create an account with their personal and payment information....and rides can only be requested through the app, so there is a detailed record of every rider and every trip!

Also, Cashless transaction protect you from risk...Fares are automatically charged to the rider's credit card, so drivers can avoid the risk and hassle of carrying cash and making change!

Crystal From TX says the Federation For The Blind support Uber and use them regularly as well as those with a disablitiy!

Diva Girl commented that her Husband is an Uber driver as well as a Lift Driver!  She said her husband absoultely loves driving for Uber, although he does have a full time job, he said if he knew about the opportunity & the amount of money that can be made with Uber, before he took his full time job....he would have glady been an Uber Driver full time!
