DC updated: Last minute banking laws done...they tried to do it again on Sunday, but didn't have a quorum. Iraqi people are getting frustrated & people are sad due to tribal leader was killed, which has caused a delay. They do have new dates and time lines, which is the 19th & 22nd was mentioned, but I;m being told this will happen before then!

Approving the Budget

The Iraqi Counsil of Representive which was lead to the Iraqi goverment approving the budget of the Republic and publish in the Official Gazette and thus the Iraqi government is obliged to provide liquidity and able to get liquidity from the Central Bank or any other entintiy.

DC said the contract pool rate for the Dong was already taken...has anyone else heard of this?

DNC: Answered~ He had heard on OM if the rates of the dong is that low he would liquidate his dong and put toward (purchaed) more dinars.

Paradise Plum: Feels that the Rupiah would be a better investment more so than the Dinar or Dong, and we should be looking into other currencies now!

I have been in this investment for 9 years & Oct will be 10 years. The majority of people invested was told that this would happen next month, next year or some say it's happening every day or every week.

There are things Iraq have to do before they can become an international country again!

They were international 11 years ago....in this process it is just that a process that is not on Wisconsin time...this is not on Pineapple time this is a process that is on Iraq time!

This is something that we all need to learn!

As of now there are things that we see now that is being done by a body currently in place and HE has done more in the 9 months than Maliki done in 9 years!
