Due to many of our members dealing with personal issues, we have elected to put the Africa Project on hold, until  Thursday or futher notice

Deekin stated once the budget is published in the Gazzette the rate should be live with 24 hrs or less to announce the RV

The back date is window is being said to be Feb 17th

Deekin stated the US Bank & Iraq Bank rates will start low and excel quickly within a matter of 15-30 days

The street rate can pass up the Contract rate in no time

Also the Wealth Managers has been instsructed not to give out recommendations.  Therefore you need to be savvy in your banking needs, instruct the banker yourself on what you need & want!

Ask to see the screen or ask to speak with a higher manager.

Don't let the numbers intimadate you---- if you have $200.00 vs 2 million, have the same game plan!

Look to have a Wealth Manager with a team....if you can't get in touch with your WM, you can always talk to someone from the team!

* Note: The banks doesn't normally use the term " Perks" they use Assets Under Managment

Anyone with a SKR can not negogiate on rates!

 

 

Pineapple: Comment ~ There is a well know magazine that came out well before the USA Today and other newspapers.  It's called Barrons Magazine...if you subscribe to Barron it has a wealth of information in banking; investment; assets & more!

There is another subscription where she been a member since 2004, called:

Soverign Society

They have classes where it teaches you how to do offshore investments, as well as other investments

Pineapple also suggest that you should bring you children with you, so they can be educated!

 

Tessie: Is it true those that get the market rate you don't have to sign a NDA or pay taxes?

Deekin: From what I'm hearing yes! I also heard HSBC is suppose tohave a supper contract rate. Do you know what the initial stand for?  Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation

 

Final Comments

Keeping It Real came into the room to thank all the G.E.M. Members for their support & prayers during her & her family time of grieving.  A special thank  you to DNC, who went to the Funeral in honor of The G.E.M. ~ Group

 

Grateful gave a big thank you to DNC for setting up the conference call with Mike Lassinter last Saturday, where all the G.E.M. Members were invited. It was very informative and we all learned a lot!
