Open Room Highlight Discussions

 

DNC read an article on the Iran Nuclear Deal, where is stated everything is moving forward.  President Obama where he said he would veto any bill that contrained his hand of signing the deal.

In DNC opinion the Iran rial should be on the rise to RV soon!

 

Keeping It Real gave a hint to the fact we should be looking at the country Oman & it's currency, called Oman Rial.  It border's Iraq, and been mentioned a few times from Nancy & DC from OM

 

RV Hunter shared that the Anti Money Laundering /Anti-Terrorism Law has been passed! IMF & World Bank asked to have this done before Oct 1st.  The removal of 54 laws from the book that Malki had pending last year have been "scrapped" completly!

The cabinet has approved the bill to get rid of Maliki....In RV Hunter opinion (this is a process) so this will take some time!

 

Michigan & Hope44 discussed the topic of assest back & fiat currency.  There was still some confusion on how these currency will work alone or together in our economy.  Hope44 stated according to Nancy from OM, asset back will give you more buying power, therefore once the RV occurred, it's best to wait before purchasing any large items, such as a house or car, until the adjustment has been made to our economy.

Keeping It Real shared her opinion, and stated until we get to this point we just won't know!  People everywhere are just summarizing! We really need to wait & see how this plays out!

The Fed did as expected and anticipated...
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!  They are waiting and watching.

They did NOT want to affect the Global Economy at this time.
They did NOT want to affect the Global Currency Reset.
They are going to let the world react and the economies get on a faster uptick and then they will announce a new interest rate.

VERY SMART DECISION!

Once the economy is flush with Currency from our exchange process, New Millionaires, and outrageous purchasing power during this Holiday Season...which will cause a definite spike in our economy.....NO ONE WILL CARE about a small uptick in interest rates ... (There are no coincidences or accidents...it is done by design)~TONY TNT~

Lil Maximall gave an interactive presentation on Speed of Trust a book written by Steven Covey, and use to development Trust personal & professional within orgainzations; teams & groups!

This will allow each of us to be challenged to look within ourselves 1st & then see how you an contribute to your group or organizations

 

The 1st question asked is how does it make you feel when you heard "The Speed of Trust?"

You can't build Trust with Speed

Trust is earned

 

Relationship Trust

 

There are High/Low Trust to every in a working relationship....Ask yourself

What is it like to work with this person?

What is it like to communicate with them?

How long does it take to get things done?

What kind of results are you able to achieve?

 

Orgainzational Trust

Low Trust

People manipulate or distort facts

People hoard information

New ideals are resisted

Numerous meetings after meetings

Low engery

 

High Trust

People are candid

Information shared openly

People are willing to share credit

New ideas are welcome

Mistakes are tolerated & encouraged as a way of learning

High energy

 

As Lil Maximall explained....  Trust comes in waves....The first wave of Trust is Self-Trust!

Self-trust grows based on the 4 Cores of Credibility:

Integrity

Intent

Capability

Results

  The first two contribute to your character. The second two enhance competence.

 

Integrity

Look at yourself & ask...who Trust Me?  Am I creditable; beleiveable; do I follow through; do I have Integrity?

What is your intent....is there an hidden agenda?  How is your track record?
