Grateful gave an update on the lastest information given out on OM regarding Ray stating there are currencies being exchanged & receiving appox. $16,079.00. Ray didn't mentioned which bank or location or which currency, however the rumor was either

the Indonesia Rupiah; Vietnamese Dong; Afghanistan ??? or Chinese Yuan. Several of our family members attempted to do an exchange by going to various banks including TD Banks; Wells Fargo; Chase & BofA, without success.

Grateful was told that someone she knew, knows of a person that was able to do an exchange!

RV Hunter suggested, instead of running around from bank to bank, we should check online with Currency dealers to see if their rates have changed.

Hope44 commented the reason it was said some were able to exchange was due to the rate was a float! RV Hunter pointed out a float doesn't work that way, it have to have a rate in order for it to move either up or down which is called "pip"

Keeping It Real also took the time to share with us which she found on Saffron. It is the most expensive and sought after spice in the world, commonly known as "Red Gold" which is very hard to come by due to 90% comes from Iran!

Both Blk Pearl & Swaggermon pointed out that cooking with Saffron is very expense & yet the spice is very strong & flavorful, using very little can last quite awhile. Swaggermon notice you can purchase from your local grocery store a few specks, which could cost you appox $17.00!

BJ3 started with sharing she works for Northern Trust Bank which has been in business for appox 125 yrs.. NTB focus mainly on high networth indivuals & their Trust. A Trust Banking Institiuation is actually a fiduciary company. They operate under the law of documents you had put together with your attorney!

Commerical banking focus mainly on lending to large business & large corportation. Bank such as Wells Fargo; Bank of America & Chase are consider "Money Center Banks" Their trust departments have been minimizing on their personal trust.

BJ3(A) There are 2 sides with banking with NTB...the Regular Banking & the Trust Banking. Your assests are protected because it's under a Trust Title, therefore if you are being sued, no one can touch your assets, they can't see how much you have in your portfolio......Cash on the banking side is not protected...in fact anything with just your name on it, is NOT protected from lawsuits, creditors, etc. Trust owns the assets, but you can Control it! You can have cash deposited into you Trust Title, you can also have a checking account attached to your trust!

The Trust side of banking does not deal with derivatives!

Yes!! You can have more than 1 account & Insurance is part of your overall asset protection....depending on how you structure your Trust! You can have the Trust pay for taxes; mortgage payments, recurring payments...even college tutitions.

The Professional teams that are assigned to you are there to help to you daily, however if the relationship between you & your teams doesn't quite fit, you can let Management know & a request for a change immediately!
