BoMonkey: Shared with the GE.M. Family that he spoke with his Wealth Manager in Dallas, TX & was told that it was Iraq that was stopping the RV from occurring.....The Wealth Manager begin to feel unsettled about the RV happening anytime soon. However, when BoMonkey mentioned that he sold some of his Dong to other Bank (a small fib) The Wealth Manager immediately changed his tuned & told BoMonkey to Hold On & Wait! Don't get rid of them; also don't be in a hurry to put a Trust & Foundation together, wait until after the RV, cause it would only take a few days to put it together!

Reviewing Steps After RV Announcment

Deekin: Review with the Family some important steps to remember once the RV has been announced!

1. Bring Your Currency ~ Some banks may require reciepts

2. (2) Forms of ID may be required ~ However if you have a bank account already open where you will be doing your exchange....there will be no need for this step!

(If you have not open account do so at this time to avoid these restrictions)

3. If you accept a reate attached with a NDA, there are 3 Key componets you should know

a. Non Disclosuer- How long before you can diviluge information regarding the exchange, write book, etc

b. What is the limited amount of money you can withdrawl?

c. How long must you keep your money at their bank?

d. Are you happy with the rate? Is negogation permited with this NDA?

4. Open 2 Bank Accounts so that can you move transactions between the two account...Always use the account with the lower amount for non essential things, such as shopping!

5. * Very important to ask your Private Banker/Wealth Manager for a restricted bank acct!

This is to avoid having teller upfront from seeing your personal information & balances

When opening your Trust Account make sure you set-up your Trust how you want it...not a cookie cutter trust

Make your Trust presentable for you & your family!

Think of medical expense; education expenses; home expenses etc

Some Definitions You May Need to Know

Grantor: Creator of the Trust

Trustee: Manages the Trust & distribute Funds according to the Trust Document

Trust Assets: Assets you put in your Trust ~ homes; cars; livestock; yachts etc

*Note: If you own a home outright you can put in in your trust; however if there is a mortgage attached to the home only the equity can be put in the trust!

Beneficiary: Those who will recieve the benefits of the Trust

Spend Thrift Clause: The reason for this precautionary measure is because a spendthrift provision is able to protect both the trust and the trust’s beneficiary if the beneficiary is sued and a creditor tries to attach the beneficiary’s property interest in the trust.

Perstirpes Clause & Pecapita Clause: Keep the Trust in the Bloodline of the Creator of the Trust

IMF Email Scam

Angel From Florida received an email that contain information supposedly from the IMF

It stated she was to received a large settlement in the amount of 8 million dollars.

The letter seemed very authentic, but she took precaution & had it forwarded to Deekin

Deekin discovered there was no IMF logo & if this was a legit email, they would have already have your personal information

Deekin also called IMF to see if there was such a department, and it was stated they never heard of this settlement.
