1st order of Business

 

Frisco Kid ~ Introduction to Benjamin from Ghana, Africa

 

Benjamin spoke to the group on Ghana, Africa he explained he is from West Africa, where there is 16 countries. Ghana became independant in 1951, where they were know as Gold Coast.

He is interested in the future investments of Ghana, where there is a need for a clinic; schools & farming.

He inherited 100X100 acres of land, however in order to build on his land he first must get permission from the Chief & Elders of the villiage.

He explained the Chief is responsible & he's also the head of the community & has final word on what happens in his community.

You must also register with the resigration dept with a fee.

The government supplies the electricity, but the water is the owner's responsiblity.  You can drill a well or rely on the rain to store water.  Some have been know to drive to the cities to get water and store it into a reserved tank.

At this time the United States Dollars in greater in Ghana, and the prefect opporutnity to do business there....But there is nowhere at this time where you can exchange the Ghana currency in the US!

Benjamin would like to bring the two cultures together by introducing the  Africa Arts; Drums; Music & Dance to Gallerys & Schools.

Beloved: Comment ~ Would love the ideal of a joint venture in importing arts; &  a business venture as well.

Fabulous Girl: Question ~ How profitable is exporting cars into Ghana?

Benjamim: Answered ~ Depending on the car, the age & type...However they are more interested in Trucks & Buses to carry people and supplies

The currency of the country is called " Kwacha"

They are known for:

Electric

Colbart

Tabacco

Flour

They are mainly Farmers

Captial is Lusaka

The country is know to be very corrupt, however the government does take care of the low income, and provided them with food & clothing

Diva Girl's opinion: Zamnia is one of the most attractive investment opporunity in Africa, it is a good investment, In 2010, the World Bank named Zambia one of the world's fastest economically reformed countries.

Country: Seychelles

 

The currency is called Seychellois rupee

The country is located NW of Madgscar & has 115 islands & a population of 91,650

Captial is Victoria

The economy is based on Tourisim

There is a protential for investments....The banks in Seychelles is knowns as one of the worlds best place to set up an off shore account due to it's privacy & well kept secerets!

The government encourgages foreign investors in Realestates & Resorts

Country: Uganda, located in Middle of East Africa

 

Capital: Kampala

Currency: Uganda Shillings

Govenment is stable, but more research indicates corruption, where the Foregin Aide, stated the Prime Minister  & officers embellzed 30 million Uganda Shillings

The rules of laws is weak and the legal system to protect indiviuals is insufficent

Money is made by visitors & the parks.

The value education for the children & the economy is know for coffee & agricultural
